Overview
This one day workshop has been designed by Dr. Pat Heim to be delivered to a group of 20-25 of your employees. One of our certified trainers will travel to your location to facilitate this workshop at a facility of your choice. This session enables the participants to read the intent of the other gender more accurately. Your employees will learn practical strategies through the use of interactive exercises, case studies, games and videos.
Men and women grow up in different cultures. As a result we learn different lessons about "appropriate" behavior. What seems natural to one gender can seem mysterious and baffling to the other.
This workshop will help both men and women comprehend the rules of the other gender and value these differences. Leadership and teamwork are explored along with interaction styles. The ability to learn from each other's strengths is emphasized. Three approaches to dealing with gender-related problems will be identified and participants will have opportunities to strategize which approach is most appropriate given their real-life issues.
